All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment center. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Important information

  • It is not possible to have your order sent to a collection point. If this does happen, the package will be returned to our warehouse. The additional costs for this will be charged to you.
  • We ship with DHL .

Delivery times

✅ Netherlands / Belgium

  • Order for 22:00 and receive your order the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
  • Delivery days: monday to friday (no delivery on Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery times: usually between 09:00 and 22:00 hrs .
  • Not home? Most packages fit through the letterbox.

✅ Europe

  • Germany, France, Sweden, England: 3 – 7 working days .
  • Other European countries: 3 – 4 working days .

✅ Outside Europe

  • America, Canada, Switzerland and islands within the EU: 7 – 9 working days .
