This depends on whether your order has already been shipped or not. You can know this by checking whether you have already received a track & trace code.

Send us an email info@brilsz.nl, we will send you the relevant information. (do not return an order without reporting this, you will receive the correct information from us) You can return your order in the original packaging, in most cases with letterbox post. We will then exchange the package for you or refund the purchase amount within 7 working days. The shipping costs for returning (exchanging) are at your own expense. Returning without a track and trace code is at your own risk.
