Returns must be always be registered with us first by e-mail . The address stated on the shipment is not our return address .
If you return an order without prior notice, your return may unfortunately not be possible. not be processed .
Return Policy
All orders are carefully checked and professionally packed in our warehouse. If your order has unexpectedly been damaged during the shipping process, you are not completely satisfied, or the glasses do not look as expected? Please feel free to contact us via info@brilsz.nl – we are happy to help you.
You always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt to cancel and return, without giving any reason. Please note: the 14 days return policy applies from the moment we receive the return .
Returns can be made in the original packaging, usually via letterbox post. We will exchange the item or refund the purchase amount within 14 working days back.
Conditions for returns:
- The costs for return shipping (or exchange) are at your own expense.
- Returns without a track & trace code are at your own risk.
- Brilsz is not liable for damaged or lost returns. Always ask for proof of postage.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item:
- is undamaged,
- is unused,
- and is returned complete (including accessories, case, etc.).
You can of course view and try on the glasses as you would in a store. Have you worn the glasses? Then unfortunately we cannot take them back or exchange them. Also make sure that the packaging is treated with care and, if possible, reused.
How do you return an order?
Step 1: Send an email to info@brilsz.nl . We will then send you the return instructions. Please note: do not return an order without first reporting this.
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation from us once the return has been received and processed.
Complaints handling
We recommend that you first report any complaints to us via info@brilsz.nl .
If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via the European Commission ODR platform :
